This page reads your own intervals.icu calendar and shows today's session at a glance. Your details are saved only on this device — they never go to any server except intervals.icu itself. Find both under intervals.icu → Settings → Developer.
Where's my athlete ID? Open intervals.icu — it's in the address bar (…/athlete/i123456/…) and on Settings. Stuck? Ask your Claude coach — it'll point you right at it.
